Account Manager

Location: Nicholasville, KY

We are accepting applications for an Account Manager M-F 8:30-5:00 and some evenings. This is a full-time position managing clients’ paid ads accounts on the back end as well as selling Websites, SEO, Digital Marketing, Video, Traditional Media, and Paid Ads. As an Account Manager, you will be running multiple clients ads in Google Ads, Facebook Manager, Snapchat, & Linkedin. Experience with Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, and Reporting is required. This position requires in-person networking on a regular basis as well.

It includes a great salary plus commission. MUST have 1 year of MARKETING sales and Managing Paid Digital Ads experience to qualify. This includes traditional media or digital media experience. Must be willing to get involved in the community and open to networking in person. 60% of this job is out meeting new businesses in person and 40% is building relationships with a current client base on the back end! You must have excellent customer service skills and love to consult. Quotas are required! All applicants are confidential!

Account Executive Managers (Outside Sales)

Lexington, KY DMA

As a partner of the AD-IOS team, we would work together securing new website business. We promise to deliver outstanding quality and results. This position is responsible for a given territory for creating new relationships with business owners or decision makers who have a need to be found online.  This could be for a new website or any other digital marketing solution. You would be responsible to achieve then maintain a monthly digital sales goal by driving growth with key accounts identified within opportunity categories, the more you sell the more you earn. Establish relationships with accounts’ influencers and decision makers that are interested in internet marketing solutions (ie. Display Advertising, Social Media Management, Video Pre-Roll, Email Marketing/Management, Websites, SEM, SEO). The top three solutions you will push will be websites, SEO and paid internet ads.  Part of this position includes becoming a visionary for your clients campaigns to better enhance their marketing efforts. We are looking for a candidate with previous marketing sales experience. You will master  the sales process/funnel while utilizing and maintaining a sales pipeline on a regular basis through a CRM. Create strong and detailed proposals based on completed CNA and ROI solution conversations. You will receive support on campaign reporting results on a monthly basis to ensure client satisfaction and identify follow-up opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell. This is a sales only position you will not be maintaining any back end ad buys or website development.   This position includes salary + commissions.

What you’ll do:
 
You’ll manage the backend of workflow, working side by side full stack and front end developers to make sure the right tools and staff are connected, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables. Day to day, your role includes:
  • Eloquently articulating our views on digital business philosophies
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of changes in the client’s industry
  • Partnering with clients and capability partners to build active brands
  • Growing your knowledge of all web, digital marketing and database technologies in order to strengthen product offerings. 
 
We’re looking for a talented Director of Web Development, which typically includes:
 
  • Four years of college education
  • Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients
  • Superb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, engaging, and effective
  • Effective time management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
  • Project management and performance management skills
  • A deep knowledge of WordPress, Google products (specifically Google Analytics, Search Console, Google My Business, Google Ads, and Data Studio), SEO techniques and practices
